Unfortunately, the hotel's owner, Dermot "Lucky" Quinn discovered the hack and believed it to be a group attempting to obtain a video he had of Chicago's mayor murdering a woman named Rose Washington. The duo took on a job at the Merlaut Hotel with the intention of stealing money from the bank accounts of the wealthy who stayed there.
